So we decided to start looking on the marketplace Facebook and we found Dickerson’s Tricity piano and a young man named Matt. He and Lisa both were very easy to work with and I could tell that they were very honest and honorable people. They help me by playing the piano while we watched through phone media. We are very pleased with our purchase and the price was fair. Thank you, Matt and Lisa for your hard work and making this happen for us and our son.

I’ve always had a thing for Yamaha pianos and all of their products in general, so looking on FB Market place a came across an ad that at first impression seemed to be fake, well I decide to reply to the add of a beautiful and very rare Yamaha GP1000, I got an answer from the nicest lady, I thought I was going to get a reply like “please send me your email address” or “it was my aunts please contact her here” but instead it was a very professional human being, someone who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Lisa answered all my questions I asked for more pictures of the piano, I asked for a video of someone playing it, and she delivered, then I came to find out the piano was brand new. I was shocked I could not believe the pice for such a beautiful piano, specially considering the rarity. I was not planning on purchasing a piano so it was not in my budget, then Lisa told me of the great financing options they have, and of course she helped me thru the whole process I got approved and they delivered my piano, at no extra cost from Richland to Monroe WA, that’s a 3 and a half hours away for those of you that don’t know. Lisa all I can say is thank you and thank you, you are awesome.

Excellent staff and ownership. Unlike other piano stores in the area, Tri-City Music cares about promoting music and local musicians. They host lunch hour concerts on Facebook, and paid me to perform one recently. It was an all-around great experience. Haven’t bought from them, but if you want to support music locally, buy from them instead of that other piano store on Jadwin in Richland.

This store is great for not only purchasing a new piano and keyboard, but they will also rent and deliver a baby grand piano for a special party! They made our Mother’s 70th birthday party a dream come true. A few weeks later, after your piano settles, they come and tune it for you till it sounds beautiful. Thanks again TriCity Music!
