Lisa Ortiz
Owner
Lisa was born in Cuba and came to this country by boat in 1980. She lived in California for 17 years, where she met the love of her life and began working in dental and oral surgery offices. Lisa fell in love with the piano at a young age and began taking lessons at 11. She spent hours practicing so she could play for church, and by 15, she was playing for Wednesday services. As one of the only church pianists for several years, she sharpened her skills to play entirely by ear. After years away from playing for church and a move to the Tri-Cities, Lisa joined Dickerson’s Tri-City Pianos in 2020 and reignited her passion for music. Being surrounded by so many unique pianos has deepened her appreciation for the instrument and transformed her perspective on music. Lisa loves providing customers with great service and seeing them come back again to visit and play the pianos. Along with her passion for pianos, Lisa helps lead the music at her church, works as a SeneGence beauty product distributor, and spends as much time as she can with her 4 grandchildren.

Anna Newcomer
Manager
Anna has lived in the Tri-Cities most of her life and is a Kennewick High graduate. She started piano lessons at 8 years old and has enjoyed piano as a hobby ever since. Anna graduated from Maranatha Baptist University with a degree in Humanities Liberal Arts in 2015 and completed a MA in Linguistics online from Dallas International University in 2024. After working at an ophthalmology office for several years, Anna joined the team at Dickerson’s Tri-City Pianos in 2021. She loves seeing the inspiration and joy of music that pianos bring to other people. Anna also believes that music is a foundational avenue for worship, and she has played the piano for her local church for over a decade. When she is not busy at work, Anna likes to be outdoors hiking and paddleboarding, traveling to new places, or spending time with her cat and a good book.
