This store is great for not only purchasing a new piano and keyboard, but they will also rent and deliver a baby grand piano for a special party! Excellent staff and ownership. Unlike other piano stores in the area, Tri-City Music cares about promoting music and local musicians. They host lunch hour concerts on Facebook, and paid me to perform one recently. It was an all-around great experience. Haven't bought from them, but if you want to support music locally, buy from them instead of that other piano store on Jadwin in Richland.

Buying our piano at Tri-City music was a surprisingly pleasant experience. This store had an impressive selection of new and previously owned pianos. Our sales person, Lisa, encouraged us to try out each of the pianos to find the one that best suited our needs.
